iTCCS Employee Access & Travel Reimbursement

iTCCS Employee Access allows self-service employee access to earnings, leave, and W-2 information, as well as tools for updating demographic data and privacy settings. Depending on district-level options, employees can view up to 18 months of check stub data; year-to-date leave earned, used, and balances; unprocessed transactions entered for future payrolls; and W-2 data for all years. Data is displayed in English and Spanish.

The Employee Access security is self-administering, allowing employees to set their user ID, password, and hint question, and recover forgotten information through an automated email recovery process.

Travel Reimbursement - A complete travel reimbursement system is also available, providing tools for requesting and approving in-district and extended travel.
